Account Deletion
ShadowingGO users can delete their account from the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting support.
Delete your account in the app
Open ShadowingGO, sign in, go to Profile or Settings, then select account deletion and confirm the request.
Request deletion without app access
Email support@shadowinggo.com from the address registered to your ShadowingGO account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject.
Data deleted
Personally identifiable information such as your email address is deleted, and billing identifier linkage (for example, RevenueCat app user ids) is disconnected.
Data retained (anonymized)
Practice history, usage metrics, client events, and similar usage data may be retained in a form that cannot identify you, for statistics and service improvement.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat Web Billing. Please cancel active subscriptions through the store or billing provider where the purchase was made.
